Today, our Foundation for Liberal Public Policy, in cooperation with the FNF, hosted a public presentation of the draft proposal for the Parliamentary Resolution on the Improvement of Local Self-Government in the Republic of Serbia, and presented a Lex Specialis model as a way to restore local democracy by holding all local elections on the same day, separately from all other elections!
