The Foundation for Liberal Public Policy expresses full support for the European Parliament’s resolution on elections in Serbia, as we believe that the transparency and integrity of electoral processes are of fundamental importance for a liberal democratic society!
Furthermore, we welcome the European Parliament’s initiative to encourage an impartial expert mission to Serbia to assess the current situation and secure the foundations for a constructive social dialogue, which would contribute to restoring trust in institutions.
Strengthening democracy, the rule of law, and institutional capacities are key to Serbia’s sustainable development and future. Serbia’s cooperation with and accession to the European Union, along with all necessary reforms, represent the sole path forward toward democratic standards and regional stability.
